How Percorso Cittadino works

Percorso Cittadino helps you navigate Italian public services, documents, online applications and administrative procedures. It does not replace official authorities: it helps you understand where to start and which official sources to consult.

1. Search for a guide

Use the homepage search to look for subjects such as ISEE, NASpI, residence registration, SPID, employment, benefits or documents.

2. Start from “Getting started”

When you do not know the name of the procedure, begin with your situation: you lost your job, need a benefit, moved home or need to access an online public service.

3. Browse all guides

You can browse all available guides and choose the one that most closely matches your situation.

4. Always check official sources

Each guide links to the relevant institutional portals. Percorso Cittadino helps you find your way, but official applications, payments and communications must be handled through the competent authority’s services.

No collection of personal information

At this stage, the website does not request personal information, manage procedures on behalf of users or replace CAF offices, patronati, municipalities, INPS or other official authorities.
