This page explains in simple terms how Percorso Cittadino currently handles personal information.

Information received by email

When you write to contatti@percorsocittadino.it, we may receive your email address, any name you provide, the contents of your message, any attachments and the technical information required to deliver the email.

Why this information is used

Information received is used exclusively to reply to communications, manage reports, correct possible errors and evaluate suggestions concerning the project.

Do not send sensitive information

Do not send personal documents, passwords, SPID credentials, Italian tax codes, health information, bank details or other sensitive information. Percorso Cittadino does not manage personal applications and does not request this information.

Email retention

Communications are retained only for the time necessary to reply to and manage the request. Messages that are no longer required may be deleted, except where retention is necessary for legal or security reasons.

Email service provider

The project email inbox is managed through an external email service provider. The provider may process the technical information necessary to transmit, protect and retain messages.

No accounts or forms

The website currently does not allow users to create accounts, sign in, submit forms, subscribe to newsletters or upload documents.

Links to external websites

Percorso Cittadino contains links to institutional websites and other external services. When you visit these websites, their privacy notices and terms of use apply.

Requests concerning personal information

To request information, correct personal information or ask for the deletion of a communication, write to contatti@percorsocittadino.it.

Future updates

This notice will be updated before forms, user accounts, newsletters, analytics tools or other services involving new processing of personal information are introduced.
